Real estate prices in Brisbane are starting to head in the right direction again, attracting real estate investors. Which means there are more Brisbane houses for sale. Generally, Brisbane real estate and house and land prices reflect the quality of local neighbourhoods and the suburb itself.
Inner city suburbs have always fared well in the market, but there are some strong challenges in outer-lying areas, particularly bayside (north and south) and the new master planned communities.
