  1. Easy this one. The new owners of the Russell Island Bakery on the Bay Islands – people travel from the mainland to enjoy what John & Michelle create. Also sold fresh daily by the Lamb Island Convenience Store. Get them@ either place!

  2. Banjos at Redcliffe. The only place in Qld I’ve found sausage rolls with sausage mince in them and not dark brown mushy weird meat.

  3. There’s a place on the otherside of the mcwhirters overpass opposite the Old Chinese Club. I think its called Changs Coffee and Cakes. Sooo Good. And everything’s ridiculously cheap.

  4. Bonjour Patisserie at New Farm. Proper French “pate en croute” with meaty filing and crisp buttery pastry
