What better to drink for something unusual than the cinnamon and sugar infused concoction that is mulled wine.  The spicy drink, glogg (Norwegian) or gluh-wein (German) is traditional at Christmas and even though the only chance of a white Christmas in Brisbane is if we get a hail storm on Christms Day you can still enjoy a glass or jug of Smoking Bishop (a 19th century mulled wine recipe from Mrs Beeton’s Book of Household Management).  Today we’re looking for the best mulled wine in Brisbane.
