  1. Vue Lounge – New Farm, hands down. Consistently awesome coffee, well cooked food and courtious, non pretentious staff. An example for most other cafes to follow. It’s not that hard. I’ve been eating there for years because of this.

  2. I’ll nominate Govindas in West End it’s a vegetarian joint that does a range of food including salads, lasagne, curries, pastries, and sweets. I’m not vegetarian myself, but I absolutely love eating there because their food is so delicious- you absolutely do not miss meat at all. Highly recommend the Koftas.

  3. I have been to a lot of cafe’s in Brisbane. But I would have to say Green Door cafe and Gallery. The food the coffee and the ambience. It’s like going into someone home. Also I like the fact that they have an art gallery where local artists and photographers show of their art.

  4. Swiss Gourmet Deli in West End. Lovely food, good value breakfasts, cakes made by Maria you can’t get anywhere else, friendly staff and you can sit outside and enjoy the West End vibe.
