What are the best parks in Brisbane?

Summer’s here at last, although we think it actually snuck in about a month ago. Time to drag out the shirt and hat, smother yourself in sunscreen (SPF-whatever-the-latest-number-is) and relax at one of the dozens of the best parks in Brisbane.

There you can enjoy a barbecue and a few drinks while you watch the kids climb all over the play equipment. Most of the equipment is designed to be sat on or ridden, but they’ll climb all over it anyway. Kids these days…

Just one question: which one? Some of the best Queensland parks are right on our doorstep (“Kids, get off my lawn!”), and you can hardly do a search on Google Maps without seeing at least a few Brisbane city parks.

And don’t forget the beautiful gardens in Brisbane—Mount Coot-tha gardens, the Brisbane Botanical Gardens, and pretty much any garden you don’t get nagged about not mowing every weekend.

So what do you think are the best parks in Brisbane? And do you have any food or drink left?

  1. naturally like your web-site however you need to
take a look at the spelling on several of your posts.
A number of them are rife with spelling problems and I to find
it very troublesome to inform the reality on the other hand I will surely come back
    again.
