The best way to explore any city is on foot, so where are the top places for walking in Brisbane?

We’ve got gorgeous parks and bushland, pretty bayside tracks and wide paths along the river – all perfect for a leisurely or energetic stroll.

  1. Riverwalk WAS my favourite walk to appreciate the city and the river. Until the floods washed much of it away that is! Please hurry up and rebuild it Brisbane City Council. It would have been rebuilt within a year max in most other countries!

  2. Mt Coot-tha is beautiful to have a wander around, can be busy on the weekends but pretty much empty during the week & some really good, easy walking trails. Also pooch friendly!
    Gardens Point is a winner too if you work nearby & fancy some fresh air on your lunch break.
