Where is the best op shop in Brisbane?

There’s lots of discount shops and opportunity shops in Brisbane – but which one is the best op shop in Brisbane?

When we’re talking bargain shopping Brisbane, op shopping can’t be beat. Just where are your favourite community op shops in Brisbane and why?

  1. Pretty great post. I simply stumbled upon your blog and wished to say that I have truly loved browsing
your weblog posts. After all I’ll be subscribing on your rss feed and I am
hoping you write once more very soon!

  2. Lifeline mega centre at loganholme. It’s HUGE. (The building was originally an ice skating rink). You can spend hours in there

  3. I have a similar thing to an op shop at my house. Only you swap your cloths you no longer want for clothes that you do want. Each swap cost’s $2 no matter what the brand is or how much it’s worth. Could any of you ladies give me some feed back on this? Or would any of you like to come any have a look? I live in Rochedale. There are thousands of clothing item in women’s, kids and some men’s, shoes and jewellery too. Please tell me what you think?

  4. St Veronica’s on hardgrave road is my fave, I love the ladies in there and the profits go to Indian orphanage. Good for clothes and unexpected items.

  5. For my money, it is Sandlewood Op Shop in Moorooka – cnr Beaudesert Rd, Muriel Avenue.

  6. i’m an op shopping fanatic, i have to say though the best ones i find are always church op shops in well off suburbs, you’re always guaranteed to get a bargain on a good brand. Indooroopilly has a few of these types of op shops and i’m constantly finding cue, veronika maine, witchery, charlie brown and the like in there for 4-10 dollars. west end also has quite a few good ones and another favourite is the red cross op shop in the valley

  7. Salvos Stores Redhill a huge variety of garments to choose from and the prices are amazing, courteous and friendlt staff always willing to help – best! SALVOS STORES………….

  8. Salvos in Red Hill. Always has an amazing selection of furniture and homewares. Half of my house is furnished from there. Big selection of clothing too, but you have to rummage.

  9. There’s an op-shop in Annerley that only sells retro stuff from the 60s, 70s 80s and 90s – it’s pretty rad, also the only op-shop I’ve ever seen with DMs :)
